  We had the unfortunate experience booking this condo. The photos do not reflect the true condition. So many issues including worn out master bed mattress; only one outlet in thr kitchen to connect the coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Oven was greasy dirty. Pots and pans were old, worn and dirty. Utensils were limited at best. You had to leave the hot water running in the kitchen in order to

  activate the hot water heater for the shower. The water pressure in the shower was non existent at best. The air conditioner was loud. The rugs and furniture was stained. The sliding door to the deck was broken. The umbrella on the deck was broken and lying on the deck. The kitchen cabinets are so high above the counter in difficult to reach. The condo washer/dryer have no instructions how to use.

  Overall, avoid this rental. It is a rip off.

  - All of the photos in the listing are accurate and depict exactly what you will find when you arrive at the property.
  - The AC unit is centrally located in the kitchen.
  - The only stain that you found was on the doormat; none of the furniture is stained. We could not find any other stains.
  - The sliding back door was popped out of the railing it is not broken.
  - The umbrella was not broken before you arrived.
  - The kitchen was thoroughly cleaned before you arrived, and the oven is not greasy. All of the pots and pans are in good shape and work very well. We're sorry to hear that you could not reach the cabinets; they are average height.
  - The washer/dryer will work for any type of load that you need cleaned, and is very self-explanatory. We have not had any guests who needed detailed instructions.
  - The water heater is tankless and provides hot water on demand.

  We needed a place to stay while our bathroom was renovated in our home. This condo was a perfect solution that was 20 min from home and allowed our dog to be with us. It was clean and the owner was reachable for any questions. Highly recommend!

• Ski trip

  Great little ski trip to Mountain Creek. We were able to walk to the slopes- though it is a slight trek. Overall a great experience. Owner very responsive to any minor issues- eg there was no salt and he brought it right over.
