    Quiet and beautiful with everything you need near by. The condo is quite comfortable and stores and restaurants are near by.

  • Ski trip with teen

    Stayed here for a 3 day ski trip to Mountain creek. Very close to the ski area and minerals hotels/spa. Enjoyed our stay. No problems checking in and out. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

  • Unpleasant surprises

    When I book Vrbo or Airbnb, I deal with an owner.

    Here there is another party involved in the whole process.

    But it was not apparent before the booking.

    And on the day of the arrival, the party can't find our booking records.

    Nowhere in the entry process was mentioned that we will need to go through a gate arm to access the property and how could we enter through the gate arm.

    Gautam, We were surprised by your review, we spoke several times during your stay and returned all your calls in less than a minute. When you called and said you couldn't get through the gate they said you had not been there yet, we thought maybe you got lost. We called you and you said you had just figured it out.

    The passes were at the gate waiting for your arrival and we have not had any other guests who have had this issue. We're sorry to hear that you had problems. The following information is included with the check-in instructions. "This property is located in a gated community. Please enter through gate #2".

    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver.
