• DON’T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

  We rented this property for two nights and upon our first guest arriving, it was so dirty he left and none of us stayed in the house. There was URINE and human hair all over he bathroom. The sheets had not been cleaned and had sand all over them, along with covering the couches. There was food on the rug in front of the sink in the kitchen. In the bathroom there was a used bar of soap and soap scum covering the shower. THE PLACE WAS DISGUSTING!

  We were told there would be parking but after arriving there was no where to park. The site says there are multiple spots but there was one big truck parked so that no one could get in. The property management company Evolve was zero help to get it moved. We parked on the street.

  Evolve was a total joke in trying to resolve my issues and I’ll never stay at another one of their properties. They sent me emails for a week saying they couldn’t get a hold of the property owner. I don’t believe this for a second. How can you be responsible for renting someone’s property and they won’t return your calls? They’ve taken no ownership and offered me half of my cleaning feee back. Why should I pay anything for cleaning when the condo was never cleaned? The company is a complete scam, don’t rent from them!!

  We stayed here for two nights with visiting family as a last minute decision. Apartment was clean and basic. No decorative touches but it served the purpose of close to the beach. Management company was very responsive to requests for information . Parking easy. Access easy.

• Would stay again

  Good stay for the price and location. Stayed with a friend and our two teenage sons while in NJ for a hockey tournament and the space was perfect for what we needed. Toilet wasn't running properly but still usable, house could be better stocked with kitchen essentials and towels, and furniture was a bit rickety but otherwise a great location, fairly clean and a great value for what we paid.

• Very Disappointed!

  Rented for my Son’s bday and was very disappointed with the quality of the place overall. Ran down. Ok for teens to hang out to be close to the shore, but not good for family stay. Had multiple issues in the house with the quality of furniture. Dogs next door barked all night. A random man who looked to be a substance abuser banged on the door, and harassed us for 30 mins looking for the landlord. I can say, the host was very attentive and came over twice for concerns, which we were very appreciative of! However, the owners of the property need to do better!

• Great spot close to the beaches and boardwalk

  Clean, newly updated. Great communication and an awesome balcony to chill out on. Could just use some more kitchenware and that missing toaster. Lol
