No futon
4/5 Futon in front room shown in photos and advertised. there was no futon.
The One off street parking place advertised was sometimes blocked by renter of house in back.
Bunk bed sways and squeeks. Single bed more like a cot. House clean and new.

CLEAN, CLOSE & CURRENTLY REDONE!
5/5 1st time renting a house and it was such a great experience. This house seemed newly renovated, spotless, had a parking spot and plenty of beds! Took my daughter for her 16th birthday and her 4 friends. (2 slept in the front room in a double, 3 slept in the middle room in a bunk with a double on the bottom, I slept in the twin opposite the kitchen.) There is also a futon on the porch if you need another bed. Lots of ceiling fans, lights, and outlets everywhere. Heat worked very well, so I'm assuming the A/C would too. New kitchen where the appliances all looked new: gas stove & oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge with a double freezer, washer/dryer, dual drip/Keurig coffee maker, outdoor shower, beach chairs (which we used). The indoor shower had great water pressure! They also own the house behind it if you want to come with another family. Next time we will take advantage of the back patio grill and tables. House is about a 3 block walk from the center of everything.. I liked that it wasn't right next to the boardwalk. I think if it was, it would be too noisy for me. Owner was so nice and wonderful, I hope we can come back soon!
