4/5 The rental is at a great location. The furnishings were very nice and very well laid out. Extremely clean. Door lock needs to be replaced. We had a problem with initial entry but Evolve helped with the issue.

Birthday trip
4/5 The location of this condo was great! It was a short walk to the beach. It was very clean. Only negative comment I would have is the door lock was broken and didn’t lock fully. It was a little nerve racking knowing someone could easily push on the door hard enough and it would open. For three women and a baby that’s 2 staying there it made us a bit nervous. But overall the stay was really nice.

3/5 The pool was closed only open on weekends. Asked ?? right away after booking, no response. Asked for chance of early check-in twice, no response.
Finally got answers while traveling on day of check-in.
If pool is closed for season should be listed on website. I would’ve never picked this rental knowing there was not a functioning pool.Also no lifeguards so what’s the reason.Very disappointed.

5/5 Couldn’t have asked for a better place to be for a few days. The only thing was that the pool closed on Labor Day. It was ok because it was a little chilly for the pool. But if it was 90 degrees I would have been really disappointed but overall a great place to stay! Clean room short walk to the beach and boardwalk and a lot of things to do around the block!! 100% recommend.

5/5 The rental was very clean and well cared for. I appreciate that they include sheets and towels, as it is less to pack. The location to the beach cannot be beat. It is only a 2 block walk Very nice unit.
