Clean and nice house

3/5 The house itself was new and clean. The host’s responsiveness to our questions was quick. The place needs some more items to make it more comfortable such as: waste baskets in the bathrooms, more blankets, more kitchen utensils, wine bottle opener.
The area around the house is dirty, getting food delivered was difficult.

Hi Maria, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We understand that travel plans can change at the last minute and we apologize that we weren’t given enough notice to accommodate an extra guest that needed a new separate bed set up for them.
- We do normally have extra blankets in the master bedroom’s closet but the home is not set up to quickly accommodate an extra bed and mattress for a last-minute guest that was added to the reservation.
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the homeowner provides a starter amount of essential supplies for our guests. Generic products may be offered at times to accommodate all guest comfort and preferences.
- We apologize if the products provided did not fit your needs. We are happy to take an inventory of the kitchen utensils and will be sure the kitchen has everything our guest may need during their stay.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
