Jersey City Apartment w/ Game Room: 7 Mi to NYC!

  This was a disaster. We had to follow with VRBO for the check in code as the owner never provided it up to the day of check in. We walked in the unit and were shocked at how filthy every single room was. It was not livable for a vacation rental and we could not stay so left right after seeing the state of the home. The photos on the listing are nothing like what we encountered.

  - One of us personally met you outside the property, confirmed your parking, and walked you into the home. You were inside for only a few minutes before leaving, and we weren’t given an opportunity to address any concerns.
  - Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and we’ve received consistent praise from past guests regarding its cleanliness.
  - The photos on our listing are accurate and reflect the current condition of the home.

  Very family friendly, nice pool table. Very close to Jersey City Down town and Ny City..

  Hreat spot for a quick ride to NYC. We had fun playing pool and sitting on the beautiful patio. Thank you for a great stay!

  Good location in Jersey City with easy access to trains to Meadowlands and NYC. The property is clean and well appointed with updated kitchen, comfy beds, recliner couches, game room, spacious shower, and private backyard access for renter. The game room proved to be a requirement of future vacation rentals by the family! The close location to docks on the river for viewing sunsets over the city makes for an easy evening outing after a day in Manhattan. Host is fantastic and available if needed. We will definitely consider this property for our next NYC trip!
