3/5 Best - Location - Sit on the back porch and listen to the river. Beds were comfortable. Layout was good - bedrooms on either side of the living room. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes, etc. Cleanliness could have been better. Toiletries, cleaning supplies - don't count on it. Many places we have stayed go the extra mile for nice welcome baskets, etc...this it not one of those. Looked like whatever the last occupant left is what you got.Had difficulty locating after dark - tried phone number of host but no answer. Finally located our unit but never heard from our host. Again, many places reach out at least once to be sure everything's OK .... this is not one of those.Would like to stay along the river again if we return but will most likely search for a more updated unit.

5/5 We stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect near Lincoln, Woodstock and Franconia where we spent all of our time. Lady's Bath was a bonus to have on site! The view from the condo was beautiful.The condo was extrememly clean, furniture looked new, everything worked and there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't there. I wasn't sure about little things that we might need like utensils, soap and sponges, towels, but the condo had it all, even spices that my kids used to cook their own fish that they caught! It was memorable and we definitely would stay there again.

5/5 Beautiful condo with everything you need. Bottom floor…. Very clean. Perfect location right on the river. Went for a dip a couple times in Lady’s Bath right there on the resort - so nice!Will definitely go back. Thank you Shannon!
