  This is our second time vacationing with a large family consisting of toddlers, teens and adults and we had a wonderful time. The home is spacious for all of us as well as a wonderful location close to area beaches/lakes, Gunstock and activity centers such as Fun spot ,Weirs beach boardwalk. Lots of fun was had and great memories were made. The home had all the necessary utensils (pots, pans etc ) for us to cook meals in the house and at the grill. The fire pit was a big hit and the lilly pad for the lake was very popular. The family truly enjoyed their time there and were all sad to leave. We will be coming back again for sure as everyone loves the time we shared in the home. Donna the owner was very responsive, attentive and helpful and we really appreciated it. Thank you Donna and until next summer.

  3 time staying here and will be coming back next year. The house makes you feel at home. The open space allows everyone to interact.

  Plus the convenience of the mountain for skiing and shopping.

• A Wonderful Weekend

  This location was perfect for a family/friends reunion. We all had so much space to spread out, and the common areas were great for hanging out all together. Great for all ages, we had many children with us and they loved exploring different levels of the house. The host was prompt, attentive and all around a pleasure to deal with. Would stay here again anytime. Highly recommend.

• House needs major maintenance, heavy duty cleaning and an exterminator

  This house needs major maintenance, heavy-duty cleaning, and an exterminator. Issues: mice running around the kitchen and living room, mouse droppings in kitchen, squirrels in attic, sand between sheets, stain on rug, grime and dust on ceiling fan blade over dinning room table, rusted out grill on BBQ, pots with many scratched in cooking area, broken furniture, streaks on mirrors and glass doors, thermostat hanging off wall, dust under bed, and broken window mechanism. Sent three emails to owner with no response. Sent an email to the rental agency than the owner emailed me back. Responded to several issues but did not respond to the mice and squirrel problem. We had a family reunion from Saturday to Saturday but some of the family left on Wednesday night after seeing the mice; remaining family left the next morning two days short of the end of our rental stay. Rental company offered me a $126.50 refund due the cleaning issues which was a joke. This property should be de-listed before the next renter until these issues are corrected.
