CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key for the smart lock is located inside a lockbox. The code is 4312
- The code for the smart lock is 193244
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Due to recent bear activity on the property resulting from past inappropriate trash disposal, please dispose of all trash in the bear-proof bin and close it appropriately by forcefully closing the lid, making sure it locks. To unlock the bin, insert your finger into the hole and turn the latch to the side. The outdoor trash bin should be in direct line of sight of the exterior camera. If trash does not fit in the bear-proof bin, please make sure it is placed in a trash can with a lid. The trash can is located inside the utility room. If the volume of trash is in excess of trash bins, please take excess trash with you upon departure
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off the heat in all bedrooms and main rooms
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Close fireplace flues
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Due to local wildlife, such as bears, food and trash should not be left outdoors for your safety
- The tabletop grill and table are available for guest use. Please use the grill outside and away from the cabin. After use, please clean the grill and table and put them back in the basement utility room. Do not leave outside due to recent bear activity 
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
