Nightmare to say the least
1/5 I made my arrangements about 5 months ago. Received email confirming reservation on Wednesday with all arrival details included. We drove through 6 states into freezing temperatures to find the property manager had canceled on Friday during our drive. They failed to notify me at anytime during my trip there. I was offered NO help to accommodate us due to it being after 5 on a weekend. We were left on our own to find last minute accommodations. It was a last minute nightmare.

5/5 Really nice apartment! Had everything we needed. Good location. Good building amenities. Check in process was a bit rough, but I still highly recommend this property!
