5/5 We had a lot of fun at this rental. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

NOT CLEAN
2/5 Not impressed with the cleanliness of the overall property. Kitchen floor was not mopped, fridge was not wiped clean, lots of dust and dirt throughout the house. Around the pool had lots of leaves and weeds. The patio furniture needed cleaned off. We spent most of our time cleaning to feel like we could stay there for the remaining of our weekend.

Hi Madison, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-The property is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival, including mopping the floors and wiping down surfaces like the fridge. We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.
-The yard is maintained on a weekly basis, with routine lawn care and weeding. However, leaves can accumulate quickly due to weather, especially near the pool.
-Although we do our best to keep the outdoor area clean, if there are a few days between guest check-out and the next check-in, it is certainly possible for Mother Nature to have an effect on the outdoor area once our cleaning crew has left.

5/5 House is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything about the house was in good shape. The three upstairs bedrooms are really wonderful and the basement bedroom is perfect for kids. Nice pool table and bar in the basement. And the pool outside if really nice. We will definitely plan on staying there again.

3 day stay
3/5 A family of 14 ages 4- adult. House was large enough for us. Kitchen was very wells stocked and had 2-3refrigerators. Extra ice maker was a plus. Pool was great Every one loved it since we were there on 2 very hot days.
