Extended family weekend moving our son into college
5/5 We enjoyed the house immensely. It was a great layout and the space was perfect.
I loved the mid century modern styling and openness! My kids loved the hot tub. The central location made it so easy to get around for shopping and a little fun too!

Spacious mid century home in prime location!
5/5 This home is incredible!! The photos do not do it justice...there is so much great space in this mid century home. The living space has floor to ceiling windows that allow for natural light and connection to nature. The deck and hot tub are nestled into the shape of the home which provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy. The primary bedroom is also grand with the amount of space and beautiful windows it offers. We fell in love with this home and it's prime location is a plus. We'll definitely rent this home again when available!!
Great house, cheap furnishings
4/5 This house is a gem in an established neighborhood. Residents will not tolerate ST rentals for long especially if the house is full, etc. Allowing fewer guests would help especially if inside met expectations for the area. Many more items that would be inexpensive to fix/replace. The things that are done correctly are wonderful (bathroom redo’s, flooring, study, decking). Appropriate upgrades would help prevent lawsuits and increase the appeal and willingness of clientele to return.
