Bigger than it looks and close to everything!
5/5 The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the Riverwalk in Wilmington as well as the beaches. Close to tons of great restaurants and other activities. The house is much bigger than the pictures look and there was plenty of space for a family of 4. They could easily add another bedroom and have enough space for more people!
We stayed during a heat wave and enjoyed the pool most days. They came out twice to clean the pool, but it does attract a lot of bugs floating around (can't do much about that). So, we had to some cleaning of our own. The house is very tastefully updated. We didn't have any issues and the host was very responsive and nice! Highly recommend if you are staying in the Wilmington area!
Great location for rest and relaxation
5/5 This property isn't on the beach, it's tucked inside a neighborhood cul de sac with a backyard salt water pool and was perfect for our graduation celebration and family vacation. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in Wilmington in 10-15 minutes. Carolina, Cure and Ft. Fisher were about 30 minutes. It was nice to come back to the house and not have the hubbub of beach traffic and vacationers. We would love to come again!
