Wonderful Wilmington
5/5 Our first visit to Wilmington was wonderful - lots of restaurants, shops, and activities! The Downtown Condo (4 Blocks to the Riverwalk) was an ideal choice for us as we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo was lovely! Very clean, well appointed, and well laid out. We enjoyed all of the Wilmington artwork displayed throughout the condo - a nice touch! The sitting area had lots of windows and light - a perfect spot to start and end the day. We were especially pleased to find the coffee / tea supplies well stocked. Queen bed was very comfortable and both bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely return!!!

5/5 Place was fantastic. Super clean … I mean not even a speck of dust (really would love to hire whoever cleaned this place for my house.)
Had everything we needed. Very comfortable… perfect location. Only a mile walk to the River Walk.

Great Stay, Amazing Location
5/5 My family stayed here for three nights to enjoy the beach and downtown Wilmington and it was the perfect spot. Within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and communication with the property owner was smooth. Thanks for a great stay!
