Could be much better
2/5 This property has a lot more potential.....More attention to cleanliness, adding hot water to bathroom sink, cleaning area rugs, assuring blanket on bed, putting WiFi instructions inside property, not requiring guests to carry off their trash, installing weatherstripping around door, exploring noise control for "industrial" fan in bathroom, etc. Positives: location, movie theme, comfortable bed. This place could be a "come back to" property with a little more effort.
