  Good location with the basic amenities, but lacked some of the essentials like dish soap and garbage bags! Carpet was nasty and desperately needs replacing or a good cleaning. Given the amount we paid, we most likely will not go back.

  - We value the cleanliness of the home and our cleaner takes pride in ensuring the home is professionally serviced prior to every guest's arrival. We do have the carpet scheduled to be replaced with LVP next month and regrettably, we apologize that this impacted your stay. As the home is close to the beach and is pet-friendly, the home does get a lot of sand tracked in and we recognize that carpet is not the best option. To ensure efficiency, we have it cleaned several times during the year.
  - We understand the importance of making sure the home has the essentials for guest use. Our management team should be restocking these essentials after each stay. Moving forward, we will address this to ensure each stay is well-prepared. We have shared your comments with our cleaning staff and will take action in addressing whether the carpet is satisfactory until it's replaced and the essentials are stocked.

  Property was as advertised. It is conveniently located and has added advantage of not having to bring or rent supplies (linens, towels, bathroom amenities).

• We were there for 5 weeks

  Great location; comfortable beds and decent appliances. The rugs and furniture and outside deck were dirty. We had to request the sofa be cleaned due to the smell, an exterminator do a treatment, have the bathroom sink drain unclogged and an electrical outlet fixed. We were disappointed it wasn't thoroughly cleaned up.

As with any longer stay, it's common to need maintenance or repairs. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention and allowing us to repair them while you were there. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay for our guests:
  - Springtime is a wonderful time to enjoy Sea Trail. Unfortunately, it's also pollen season. While the outside furniture and rug were cleaned upon arrival your arrival, the pollen does collect very quickly, and the outdoor furniture needs to be wiped off daily.
  - We love our beautiful beachside community, but as with any home close to the ocean, pests are an ongoing concern. The home gets sprayed regularly for pests and was treated during your visit.
  - We're happy to allow four-legged friends to enjoy our home and the beach, including your pet. Our cleaners didn't report any pet odor on the sofa before arrival, but we did have it cleaned at your request.

  We would return; based on multiple locations on the eastern coastal plain that we have stayed, Calabash and this close location - (Sunset Beac) are close in the top of our list!
