Great location BUT have to shuttle or walk to car
4/5 Overall the accomodations were nice although it was frustrating that the staff couldn't better accommodate parking. We stayed for a week and the upper back parking lot had between 40-60 empty parking spots at all times. I understand you maybe can't get all renters to the top but at least attempting to try a system would be better than the shuttle system that ran. They could have asked families to just take the driver of the vehicle down so that families weren't waiting an hour to get to their vehicle bc having to wait for 1 family each trip down and no one managing it better. Had the drivers asked everyone waiting to just shuttle down the drivers of the vehicles and let them drive up and pick up their families, they could have eliminated the ridiculously long waits - especially considering the rain/weather. Also the shuttle driver complaining about only making 22 in tips on Christmas and how people were so rude, as that may have been true is not something we particularly want to hear about just fyi
