We recently stayed here for a few nights in July. While the listing does mention it, be aware that there is no central air conditioning. When we arrived, it was 84° inside, and the small air conditioning unit had not been turned on, making it quite hot. The unit worked hard to cool off the living room, but that was the only room it could manage. Both bedrooms remained warm, even with the windows open.Don't forget to bring pool towels, as they are not provided here, unlike some other places. The TVs were a bit tricky to figure out. I couldn't get the one in the master bedroom to work, but thankfully, I had brought my Fire Stick.Checking in and out was very simple, and the front staff were extremely polite and courteous. However, I didn't like that you couldn't park on the property. We had to shuttle back and forth from the entrance, which was inconvenient, but we made it work. All in all, I would recommend this property. The views are breathtaking, and the kids had a great time. This place will be my go-to for winter skiing, as Sugar Mountain runs a shuttle that will pick you up and bring you back.

After 10 hours in our vehicle, my 4 young grandsons were ready to be in the room, go to the pool and just do what kids do. We got all checked in, went to the room and couldn't get in. We called our contact person Susan and she insisted that she was only the cleaning lady, but did manage to get a locksmith to get the room open for us after about 3 hours. We had a giftcard for a restaurant at the front desk the next day for our troubles, it was for a place 35 miles away in another state!! lol. We gave it to the young lady working the front desk. The room was great but there were no trashbags so we had to buy some and there was filter and coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, but all in all our trip was great, the room was great, just a few little set backs. I would definitely book through Evolve again.
