Beautiful Condo
5/5 Very clean and apparently recently refurbished with nice comfortable furniture - especially comfy beds!
The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and all the appliances worked perfectly. The fridge ice maker produced plenty of ice to fill coolers!
The living room TV has good picture and sound and we were able to easily connect a laptop and watch movies we brought with us at night.
The views are decent - would be fantastic to watch the ski lift in the winter.
Unfortunately, I rented this expecting to ride in and ride out of Sugar Mountain bike park but that was closed without any notice on their web site. Luckily Beech Mountain was open for business and is only a short drive past Banner Elk so our mountain biking trip was still a blast!
There was a very comprehensive binder full of things to do in the area that was much appreciated!
The clubhouse has a great set of features that are well maintained and easy to access.
Great location and plenty of room!
5/5 We had 7 people stay at this condo for an extended weekend. Parking was ample, everyone had a comfortable bed, and the slopes were very convenient. We were able to watch the kiddos arrive and leave on the lift with the ski in/ski out access. Amenities were plenty and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Corner Unit w/ great host
5/5 Negatives:
Outlets in both bathrooms didn’t work but we dried our hair elsewhere. Would be nice to have a mirror in the master bedroom. So many throw pillows that they’re in the way.
Pros: Comfy beds. Host graciously delivered a loaner crock pot to me because I forgot ours. Comfy furniture. Fans were in closet available for us to use. This is a Corner unit. Easy walk to slopes. Great view of lift. Close to hot tub/pool. Ski/board rack outside in hallway (so suggest using locks).
Would definitely stay here again if skiing Sugar.
Great spot at the top of the hill
5/5 Great place, perfect location, we had some awesome snow - but should have left my rear wheel drive truck at home. We slipped our way up and down the hill to the condo and are very thankful for the guys running the snow plow around the condo - I would not have been able to get my truck out of the parking lot without their help!!The room with the bunk and pull out was perfect for the 4 boys to share a room.Also, Nanette (property manager) was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus and the kitchen was well stocked to make some meals so we didn't have to make multiple trip out in the storm. Thanks for a great trip!
