  Location to Sugar Mtn. Resort is excellent. The condo itself was suitable, but noisy and hot. The floors creak a lot and interrupt rest for those in the downstairs bedrooms and the overall temperature was uncomfortably warm. Bring your own toiletries and any cooking spices you need. Overall, this condo was okay for our needs but we could have rested a little better. For future rentals, we will stay somewhere else.

  - The location to Sugar Mountain Resort is something we take pride in, and we’re glad you found it convenient.
  - Each bedroom and hallway has a thermostat that guests can regulate to their comfort. A/C splits are not used during winter months, but we’ve found that guests are typically able to keep the home comfortable with the available heating options.
  - The creaking floors are a natural feature of a home built in the 1970s. While we’ve done extensive updates, some noise is to be expected, especially if guests are moving around upstairs.
  - We provide hotel-size toiletries upon arrival in each bathroom. While they may not be full-size, most guests find them sufficient for a short stay. Additionally, while we don’t advertise spices, there is usually salt and pepper available in the kitchen.
  We strive to provide a welcoming and restful stay for our guests, and we’re sorry that your experience fell short of expectations. Thanks again for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

• Great Getaway for the Whole Family

  We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 boys, this home was comfortable, clean, and updated so much so that my family and I were shocked by the value of this home. We stayed at other homes, within the same community and this home was significantly better and more modern. Top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, new carpet, renovated bathrooms, and more than enough clean and comfortable space for our family of 6. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
