  • Lovely, clean home, in a beautiful area

    The home was very clean and inviting. If you want to feel "secluded" but still be close to many activities this is the place for you. Also, the house has a full-sized washer/dryer, fire pit out back, lovely new gas grill, and comfy beds. Our contact, Felicia, was quick to respond to any questions we had. The surrounding area is beautiful and there is so much to do. If you pay for the Sapphire Valley Resort amenities card you'll have access to indoor/outdoor pool, putt putt, Lake Fairfield beach (swimming), game room, and more. All of these amenities are a short drive from the house. You can also rent kayaks or canoes for a reasonable fee at Lake Fairfield. There are many waterfalls in the area to visit and lots of hiking opportunities. We visited Whitewater Falls, Bearswallow Falls, and Sliding Rock (really fun but the water is cold!) Lovely area and the house was super clean!

  • Wonderful Property

    We (4 adults, 2 children ages 3 and 12) had the pleasure of staying at the listed home during the Thanksgiving week of 2023, and we were so impressed with the house and it’s scenic mountain location that upon leaving we immediately made our reservation again for next year.

    The house is gorgeously decorated and has all of the items necessary to comfortably spend a week or more without any problems. The kitchen is generously equipped with everything needed for daily use and to make a large family meal as we did for Thanksgiving. The master bedroom (which contains it’s own fireplace) and bathroom are very large and has a comfortable king size bed as does the second bedroom which shares a full sized bathroom with the third bedroom which contains a trundle bed. There is a lovely porch, large outdoor back deck and fire pit to make the property even more enjoyable.

    The house is centrally located with a full service grocery store less then 5 miles away, as well as many places and activities in close proximity.

    We give the house Five Stars and highly recommend this venue.
