Sapphire experience
4/5 It is a wonderful, spacious, generously equipped house, including a jacuzzi, a pingpong table and a pool billard. We enjoyed the house.
The only problem were the beds that had poor quality.

The beds are Tuft & Needle brand adaptive foam mattresses, purchased brand new in 2021. We will stay on top of this feedback from other guests and make any changes necessary."Awesome place

5/5 It was extremely good to have chosen songbird chalet. Family felt at home. Easy access, great. Spaces. Thought about kids and adults.Thank you to our hosts!Close to highlands and also to Helen. Next to the ski resort! Tubing and ice skating! We had a blessed time and great Christmas!!!

Annual Christmas Tree Trip
5/5 We had a great time in Sapphire Valley. We had a group of 9 ranging in age from 5 years old to 85 years old. We go up the weekend before Christmas each year to get our Christmas trees at Bear Valley. The house was a great place to play family games, enjoy the hot tub, and relax. We even had a great surprise on Friday morning - SNOW! What a memorable trip!!

Mountain Retreat
5/5 We love the Sapphire area and were anxious to return! This house is located in a perfect spot! Close to Fairfield Lake, the Recreation Center, restaurants, waterfalls and hikes! This property is comfortable, cozy and spacious. We enjoyed quiet evenings out by the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub! It did not disappoint.
