• Comfortable Rustic mountain cabin

  Was extremely happy with the cabin, it had everything you need to be comfortable for a vacation. Beds are soft, hot water is instant, and the fireplace puts out plenty of heat. Kitchen is small but functional, we really enjoyed the dining room and living room hanging out. 5 Stars I will look to stay here again if available.

• New Year’s Eve getaway

  This little cabin was great for our family & pups. We had no issues getting up the hill with our Camry. It was a little hard to see at night in the fog & rain but wasn’t as steep as I imagined. I think the owners addressed some of the concerns because they had space heaters for every room so the cabin stayed warm. The water got hot very quickly.

  The property was perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the views and fires in the fireplace. The location was nice in that neighbors weren't right on top of each other but the driveway is steep. The cabin was older but well kept. Even though the porch was sloping, it was not at all unsafe or concerning. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

• Road to get to cabin

  Couldn’t stay at all to dangerous to get my motorcycle up to the property tried reaching out to the local contact never got a response wasted money had to stay somewhere else and cut trip short

  "We're sorry that your reservation did not meet your expectations. The road up to the cabin is a typical “mountain road” in the area. It is not paved but is hard-packed gravel that is maintained. Those on motorcycles stay with us regularly, but we encourage you to evaluate your comfort on that type of road prior to booking our cabin. The listing description includes a map so that guests can see the approximate location and neighborhood of the home before booking. We have another cabin just past this cabin that had bikers stay up there during the same period for eight days with no issues going up and down daily. I am a biker and have been up and down to the cabin endless times. I do recommend anyone planning to ride motorcycles up to the cabin to evaluate their personal experience and comfort with “nonpaved” roads prior to booking."
