  House is very modern and well equipped with everything you could need. Beds are comfortable. The road outfront is pretty busy but quiets down late in the evening. The slope of the driveway should not be underestimated. All

• Beautiful but Not Clean

  This property was accurate in the online listing, but I wished it was cleaner. I had to kill bugs every night, the patio wasn't clean at all, and there were spider webs throughout the house.

  North Carolina summer weather can be hit or miss with bugs, it looks like a few windows were left open, which could have allowed a few bugs to get in!
  We will look into multiple options for reducing bugs on this inside and outside of the home moving forward.
  We go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Could Have Been Better

  The layout of the house was great for our group of friends. The beds were great, plenty of bath towels, kitchen supplies for cooking meals. However, we did't have enough forks for eating in. There were 6 of us and only 5 forks in the house. To add to that dilemma the dishwasher was broken. Ladies on vacation do not want to hand wash dishes! The owner was not helpful with this situation. The parking situation is VERY tight. The driveway is extremely steep and being able to use the garage was helpful. There is barely enough room for 3 cars. When the owner states no parking on the grass, they mean not even one blade of grass! The owner did allow us a 2-hr early arrival on our first day. We will be returning to Raleigh and sorry to say we will not be returning to this listing.

  -Regarding the dishwasher, we want to clarify that it is fully operational and only requires the keypad to be unlocked. The Guest Contact furnished the guest with comprehensive instructions on unlocking the dishwasher panel. To prevent any future confusion, we will include detailed instructions on how to unlock and operate the dishwasher in our Welcome Book, as well as placing visible reminders next to the dishwasher itself.
  -Moreover, the Guest Contact offered the guest various options for additional parking conveniently located across the street t​​o accommodate their needs effectively.
  -We acknowledge the importance of providing clear guidance on operating the smart appliances within the home and ensuring an ample supply of utensils. Rest assured, we are actively working on providing specific instructions for these appliances and replenishing any necessary utensils promptly.
