Nice Victorian in convenient historic neighborhood
5/5 This home is a very nice home that is convenient to downtown and within walking (moderate length walk) to coffee shops and some restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

Great historic home in downtown Raliegh
5/5 This was our 2nd time staying at this home and just like before, we truly loved it. Lots of space, well appointed furnishings and a great location, near everything. Highly recommend.
Oakwood
5/5 Second time we have stayed in this house. We even tried to buy it but the owner won't sell! Great location, helpful property manager. A perfect place for a smallish family attending a wedding as we were.

Great neighborhood, walk to everything
5/5 The house was beautiful, clean and located in the lovely Oakwood Historic District. The home had everything we needed and appeared to be newly renovated. We spent lots of time on the porch and even met the neighbors. Great for a family or group of friends.

Great home
4/5 The property was perfect for our group. The property manager was great and really responsive. The refrigerator was not cooling properly and she sent a repair company out. My only criticism is that the home and the wonderful porch while clean, are in need of a deep cleaning. A little more attention to the cleaning process would make this “perfect”.
