Nice house, convenient to downtown, & nice outdoor space
5/5 Good house, convenient to downtown, & nice outdoor space. Easy check-in. We would recommend to anyone looking for proximity to downtown & wishing for useful & attractive outdoor area for entertaining (but watch out for slippery outdoor marble).

Good but not for older people
4/5 House was as shown on website except the upstair’s bed in full size, not queen. Furniture and toilets not good for older people. Yard and patio are nice. Neighborhood is okay, but not great. Very close to downtown Raleigh. Pullen Park is a must especially when we were there, first week of April. Flowering trees, etc spectacular.

Cute place for a weekend get away
5/5 4 of us were in Raleigh for the weekend and this was an ideal spot for us. Cute decor, comfortable beds and close to restaurants. Everything we could want!

Just Okay
4/5 Overall, the property is just okay. On the plus side, it was inexpensive. On the plus side, communication and check-in were good. I liked that they had good ice and a water filter for us. Less good: Towels, sheets and furniture are old. Upstairs bathroom toilet wobbles. Both showers are skinny, a curved shower curtain rod would make a huge difference. Some dishes were dirty. Garbage disposal did not operate.
