Beautiful house but Hurricane Helene ruined our trip
5/5 House and property were great, but our timing was terrible because of the storm. We made reservations several weeks in advance and hoped to do some hiking, see waterfalls, play some golf, and visit with my brother and his wife. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene cut our trip short when it turned west toward Brevard. We ended up with no internet, no cell phone service, and limited electricity. The solar backup system at the house worked fine to power the refrigerator and downstairs lights, but by Saturday morning the lights were flickering and it was apparent that the impact of the storm was way worse than we expected and it would be days or weeks before services could be restored. We packed up Saturday morning, and were able to get out of the area thanks to some local residents with chain saws who removed downed trees from the highway. Loved the house and all the amenities. We had no communications with the property managers once the cell service and internet went out on Thursday night until we got service on the way home on Saturday. Property managers were very pleasant and courteous.

Enjoyed Our Stay
5/5 The house was very nice and the view from the deck was amazing. Enjoyed watching the sunsets. We only had a few minor issues and they were addressed and resolved quickly by a friendly staff. The communication was excellent - from the check-in process to everything else. Would stay there again.

Breathtaking Home
5/5 This is a beautiful, serene home with a spectacular view! The location is perfect--within 15-30 minutes of MANY forest hiking trails and water falls. There are several different spaces (inside and out) to sit quietly, alone, or enjoy quality time with family. The owners thought of every detail. I would go back in a heartbeat!!
