3/5 Good location to Pinehurst #1. Walking distance.
Had all we needed in kitchen.
Linens plentiful.
Only Roku TV no cable TV. Netflix Spanish only.
Mattress needs replacement. Stayed 5 restless nights. Little sleep. Contacted host however was informed mattress recently replaced and to try putting sleeper sofa mattress on top. The results were the same. The mattress caves into the middle creating a hole, it was like sleeping in a bowl. Slept on sofa bed and equally uncomfortable.

Owner's response: "Louise, Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning that this is a good location. Also, you had everything you needed in the kitchen and the linens were plentiful.
- We do have cable TV it's provided through the condominium complex
- Netflix has the option to change the language through the settings tab
- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. This is a new mattress and it was purchased earlier this year.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."Convenient location to Course #3 but needs improvements
3/5 Property is ok but a few issues that need to be highlighted. Worse is the bed mattress. Way too soft and it seems to have a center lean. No TV in the bedroom and limited TV channels on the other TV. Screen in porch is small with a dark interior with paint stains on the screen; not inviting.

5/5 Stay was great. Would do this again and again.
Perfect for what I needed
5/5 Needed a quiet place to work while my son attended a camp nearby. This worked out great, had everything I needed for a quick stay. Nice and comfortable.
