Walk to the beach

I'll be back
5/5 This was a great place. I will definitely look to book again. The only thing it didnt have was a view of the beach, but it was a perfect location. I walked to the beach, to Middleton Park for the 9/11 ceremony, and several local restaurants. The fact you can walk everywhere is a big plus as you have to pay to park everywhere now.

Mixed experience at this beachside rental
3/5 This rental has some great features, but also a few drawbacks that potential renters should be aware of.
Pros:
• Excellent location - walking distance to the beach and convenient access to stores and restaurants
• Effective air conditioning
• Generally tidy space with adequate supplies
• Responsive and helpful Evolve support team
Cons:
• Extremely cramped bathroom (5'x6') with tiny shower, toilet, and sink
• Outdated appliances and fixtures
• Visible wear and tear, including peeling bathroom paneling and damaged fixtures/doors
• Floors need better cleaning - feet get dirty when walking barefoot
While the location is fantastic and the basics are covered, the property could use some updates and more thorough cleaning. The tiny bathroom might be a deal-breaker for some guests. Consider these factors when deciding if this rental meets your needs.

Perfect getaway
5/5 This beach house is cute, clean and cozy! My husband and I enjoyed staying here. It’s a quick walk to the beach and close to everything, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. Highly recommend!
