- Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your recent stay did not meet your expectations, especially as a returning guest. Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities, and we take every concern seriously.
- We understand that you encountered issues during your stay. While you were with us for two weeks, our property manager had regular contact with you. We did our best to promptly address the two concerns you raised during this time—a chirping smoke detector and a door handle—and sent assistance as quickly as possible.
- Unfortunately, we did not hear from you about any additional issues at the time, or we would have gladly addressed them. We encourage all our guests to let us know immediately of any cleanliness issues so we can rectify them right away.
- We are committed to maintaining our property in top condition, and a deep clean was already scheduled following a busy peak season. One of our team members conducted an inspection prior to your arrival and did not notice the concerns you outlined, but we will certainly review our processes to ensure every detail is in order for future guests.

Nice place to get away!
5/5 We had a great stay here. Home was super clean, short distance from beach and everything else we needed. Only thing we would suggest is at least one other trash bag be provided.
