Beach stay
5/5 The whole family had our first beach vacation in years and it was our first time to oak island. We loved the property, found it to be very quiet and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no fan in the bathroom so it got a little warm in there after showers lol, but overall a great property and spot for families!

Comfy and Good Value
5/5 Clean and easy. Good location. Only problem related to tv setup - not enough channels not enough bandwidth to get to Freeview. We didn’t miss tv, but for families / kids could be a problem.

Oak Island weekend
5/5 As described. Quite neighborhood. Easy walk to beach for adults. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, recommend pre planning and bring good knife. House has everything needed for the stay. Fire pit a plus. Would have loved an outdoor shower or water source to rinse the sand before going into the house.

Last minute getaway
4/5 Decided to get out of the house over spring break. Rain expected at home and at the beach. This house was a great value for the amount of space. Location was great and communication was timely with detail.
