  Everything was just as advertised. We loved being at this house. Excellent. Short walk to the beach. We loved having the wagon to take our beach junk back and forth. We also loved having beach chairs etc. provided. Thanks so much.

  Even with two rambunctious boys with us we still enjoyed a calm and peaceful stay . Loved how close we were to beach access and the home came fully equipped with all kinds of beach toy , chairs , wagons anything that you could possibly need. We loved not being so close to the hustle and bustle this year while still being able to get on the golf cart and go get whatever we needed near by .

  We recently stayed at this beach house and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, with just a short walk to the beach, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay.

  First, we noticed a strong odor in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. The cleanliness of the house was also disappointing; we found nail clippings on the floor, indicating it hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly. Additionally, the dishwasher was broken, and we weren’t informed of this until we contacted the host. While they did offer to send someone to fix it, we preferred not to have maintenance work done during our stay.

  Overall, the location was great, but the cleanliness and communication could have been better.

  - Our cleaning team allowed for an early check-in and offered to re-clean the floors when you noticed the nail clippings, but you declined the offer.
  - The dishwasher was awaiting a new pump, delayed due to storms. The repair could have been completed quickly during your stay, but we respected your preference to avoid maintenance work during your vacation.
  - Our cleaning team typically maintains high standards and is happy to help guests no matter when they reach out—from replacing batteries to returning lost items.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Ward get together!

  We had a great time in Oak Island! Our beach house was prefect! Furnished great. Everything you could ask for. Kitchen really stock well. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. Inside looked very beachy Great front porch for coffee in the morning. Quiet setting. But could walk to beach in 5 min, really you can. Full moon was an added bonus. We had family in three cottages, ours was best by far!! Street we were on was great for biking and jogging. Great place book today!!!!
