great location to beach
3/5 great location but had some ants in the kitchen so had to spray them it was fine. the air upstairs bedrooms wasn’t working they sent someone but they didn’t fix it. also tv’s in some of the bedrooms didn’t work. the property manager was very nice and responsive everytime i did need something.

- We weren’t aware of any ants in the kitchen during your visit but will have our pest control team do a thorough inspection and treatment to help prevent this in the future.
- We learned about the upstairs A/C issue on Thursday evening and had a technician out within a few hours. We confirmed the upstairs unit was working, but we’ll continue to monitor it closely to make sure all units stay comfortable, especially during the hottest days.
- We weren’t aware of any TV issues during your stay and wish we’d known sooner so we could have addressed it for you. We’ll double-check all TVs to ensure they’re in working order for future guests.

5/5 Everything was great. The owner was extremely responsive even to the minor issues we had. Although the property is not technically beachfront, there were only two small cottages in front of it and sine the living area was on the third floor, it was easy to see over those cottages. The public access to the beach was right next to the house so that was also super simple. We would definitely stay here again!!
