3/5 Cozy like home but could use some sprucing up. No dishwasher and some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There was bedding for the pull out couch but no pillow cases. Only one towel and washcloth per person. There was a small window of opportunity to be on the beach during the day as the tide was really high. The water went right up to the building! The second day we had to drive down to a public access, pay for parking, so we could spend more than 2 hours on the beach. The town is beautiful and non-commercialized. Lots of great food, too.

4/5 Well appointed and lots of room for our early summer week. Furniture a bit dated but comfy. Some cosmetic issues but nothing that was deal breaking. Super communicative and responsive owner. Perfect landing space for a restful week! We would definitely come back!

5/5 Cute little place for a nice weekend getaway. Communication was great and the view was even better! First time using VBRO and he was where we wanted at a reasonable price point. Like I said, we WILL be back!

Wedding trip
3/5 Overall ok. But owner needs to update some things. No air conditioning in bedroom only a draw fan in door and ceiling fan. Not enough too be cool. And flooring was lifting up. Trip hazard. Bed not really comfortable and couch creeked!
