5/5 I have stayed at this resort before this was by far the best kept condo I have seen. It even had a ton of essentials such as tooth brush, razors, soaps, bags, foil, ext... Views were beautiful. Best beach we love north topsail it's not to crowded but has plenty to do. Can't say enough about the condo and the owner communicated well about hurricane Erin with us anyways we we not really effected.

Incredible Unit for Vacation!
5/5 We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The unit is updated, clean, and well-maintained for a flawless stay. We appreciated the elevated amenities and obvious care put into curating a travel experience that is special. The entire unit is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owner was responsive in communicating. Regarding Villa Capriani, we absolutely loved this accommodation. The pools are wonderful, the beach access couldn’t be easier and we loved the restaurant on site. We look forward to booking this location again for our family of 4. Thank you!

5/5 Villa was wonderful! Perfect in every way and couldn't ask for anything more.....everything we needed and then some. Communication was great, cleanliness was great and the villa was exactly as pictured ! Would never hesitate to stay here again !
