As mentioned, we did send someone to address these issues, but unfortunately, the fan's wiring was a more complex problem that couldn't be resolved immediately. However, it has since been repaired, and the outdoor lights were being replaced as part of ongoing maintenance. It was fine
3/5 The location is really good. The house is a bit dated but not a deal breaker. One deck is closed off for safety i beleive as the door did not open. Whoever was there prior to our stay had placed dirty dishes in the cabinet so we washed them. There are a lot of water bugs if you go sit in the sunroom or deck in the late evening. The water heater is not the most efficient. I got tepid showers in the bedroom off the kitchen.
The island shut the water off at point time and the host called us back to let us know what was happening as early as she could.
Really minor complaints but all things considered its not a bad rental for a few days.
Just check your dishes oh and do not expect to find the remote to the ceiling fans working they were dead or missing.

Great place to stay
5/5 Nice property, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room, comfortable beds. Definitely a good price. We enjoyed our stay and had a blast. Check in process easy, owner very knowledgeable and friendly.
