3/5 Nice view and convenient location. Property is dated and needs paint. Elevator wasn’t working which was inconvenient.

Owner's response: Glad you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. The unit was entirely re-painted and the bathrooms were remodeled in 2023. Also, new Deck, LR, DR, and bedroom furniture were added at that time. Master Bedroom furniture is scheduled to be replaced before the end of this year which will finish a complete remodel. The Elevator situation was unfortunate and I apologize it was under repair during your stay.
