PROPERTY ADDRESS:

- The name of the property is 'Wilderness Trail'
- Do not put 287 Skyview into your GPS to get to the house as it will take you to a road that is poorly maintained and not accessible unless you have an offroad vehicle. Please do not try to enter this way even if you do have an offroad vehicle
- If you put the following address into your GPS, it will take you to the gatehouse/entrance to the neighborhood: 2270 Elk Park Highway, Newland, NC 28657
- You will see a few mailboxes with this address on them and the road you turn onto is call Wilderness Trail
- Follow this paved road through the gatehouse and up the hill aboud a half-mile until you reach the crest of the hill and see a gravel road on your left
- Turn left onto the gravel road, which is the first road on the left as you climb Wilderness Trail
- Follow the gravel road to the bottom of the hill and you will see the grey house. It is the only house on the road
- The key is in the master lockbox on the deck post and the code will be provided prior to your arrival
- Please note that Wilderness Trail, as well as the gravel driveway down to the house are not publicly maintained or frequently plowed in the winter. Therefore, guests who book in winter months need to be prepared to use snow chains and have 4-wheel drive in the event of inclement weather

- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is attached to the picnic table near the front door. The code is 2035
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
