Nice house - very expensive VRBO fees
3/5 It is a nice house, but expensive. The added fees from the VRBO are more than the cost of the rental. It is a shame that the cost of the rental largely does not go back to the owner.

3/5 The house was located in a very nice area. Great walking trails and recreation area. Overall the house was as described. I would recommend the front of the house be washed down as there was a lot of dead bugs at the entry of the property. Also good to let the guess know the rec center is about a .5mile down the road. Recommend you grab what you need from the grocery stores as they are close to the property.
It is a good value for the price.
