  We stayed here on our honeymoon. Beautiful home. Well maintained, stocked & furnished. Great price, very affordable! Super easy check in and out. Great location close to everythingBut yet not in middle of city. Host are very friendly. And their sweet dog Roo is such an awesome co-host! Was missing my fur babies and he was so sweet and friendly! Can’t wait to go back again and will hopefully get to stay at same place.

  Everything was great about our long weekend! We stayed there instead of a hotel and it was well worth it. Next time we visit, we will spend a lot more time at the cottage and enjoy the beautiful river! The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

  Beautiful setting. Well stocked kitchen. Getting to pet and play with the family dog was an extra bonus. Owners very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

• Excellent Riverside Retreat near New Bern

  This is a clean, well-stocked retreat that has most of the comforts of home. The property is serene and remote, but still close to town & hiking. Marisol was a great host and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed sitting by the water, kayaking, fishing, and visiting with their lovely dog, Roo.

  Beautiful home with friendly hosts! Very easy to find and easy to communicate with.

  We enjoyed a peaceful stay and our pup had fun playing!
