Carpenter bees
2/5 The roof rafters over the deck are infested with carpenter bees. This resulted in sawdust dropping on us in mass quantities. Also, after the rain storms during our stay washed out the side yard making it dangerous to put the key back where it was supposed to go. Other than that, it’s a lovely place to stay

Carpenter bees are common in this region, which is why all decks are equipped with functional traps, and we have Orkin perform monthly pest control. Insect spray is also available under the kitchen sink for guest use. We appreciate you noting the side yard drainage issue—it sounds frustrating during heavy rain. Summer Is Mountain Time
5/5 This cabin is fantastic. So much room. It was perfect for my husband, son and his girlfriend. The basement gave them a roomy private space to relax in evenings. The view is incredible, the cabin is super clean, tons of kitchen supplies. Husband said of all the rentals we have done, this one might be the best one.
