CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1776#
- Cover/swipe the keypad to activate the lights
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please leave the house tidy and ready to be cleaned by doing the following:
- Empty and clean coffee maker
- Wipe away spills, splashes/overspray as appropriate
- Discard used toiletries
- Discard prepared and opened food items *perishables may be left for the benefit of others, if you like*
- Bag all trash (recyclable included), tie all bags, and place in proper outside/collection bins
- Check in, around and under beds and furniture to make sure ALL personal items are packed
- Place any furniture back to where you found it upon your arrival
- Plug back in any of our items that you may have unplugged
- Sign out of any personal accounts on TV's ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc)
- Remove only used sheets and pillow cases from beds
- Fold down used comforters. Leave pillows and shams in place
- Please start a load of bath linens washing, with the detergent provided. Use bleach as appropriate
- Place all other linens in laundry room, separating wet/dry
- Load and start dishwasher
- Wash any other dishes as needed, including grill utensils. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY DIRTY DISHES. THIS INCLUDES GRILL UTENSILS
- Clean grill and Empty Grease trap as needed
- Set heat to 60 (winter) or AC to 75 (summer)
- Make sure all windows are completely closed, and properly locked
- Open blinds/curtains to allow in light
- Make sure all entry doors are properly closed and locked
- Turn off lights
- Re-verify that all personal items are accounted for
- Sign the guest if you like
- Close and lock the door on your way out
- Leave a great review for us, on your booking platform
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
