CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will text the code to the primary number used on the Evolve reservation as soon as the property is guest-ready
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the parking pass(es)
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed 
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors
- No golf carts allowed
- Keep all doors closed to ensure the A/C works properly in the humid climate
- Do not store anything under the stairs or around the exterior of the property (including bicycles)
Please rinse off sand at the shower stations before entering the condo. A hose under the stairs is also available for chairs and gear
- Do not walk on the sandbags around the property, as they are necessary for erosion control
- Must be at least 27 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found on the fridge upon arrival

- The property is regularly sprayed for pests. However, due to the climate and location, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of bugs. If there are any issues during your stay, please promptly reach out to the Guest Contact

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the assigned parking spot with a displayed parking pass, marked B2
- Unauthorized vehicles without a pass will be towed
- If someone is in the assigned spot, you may call Tow-to-Tow at 910.508.5433 to have them removed, or use the overflow lot across the street if you prefer
- 1 additional vehicle can park in the overflow lot across the street with a displayed parking pass. Reach out to the Guest Contact to receive an additional pass upon check in
- Designated bicycle parking on-site. You can park bicycles in the designated section and store personal belongings in the condo or your vehicle
- No EV charging or tampering with electrical boxes allowed
