  The home is absolutely gorgeous . The decor was impeccable. The owners thought of everything and provide you with everything you could possibly need. When we saw this booking we thought it was too good to be true. Turns out it was a brand new build and we were the first renters!

  The home was spotless and comfortable. We took advantage of the bikes, beach chairs, beach tent, wagon, board games & gym equipment. We enjoyed lunch and dinners in the screened in porch and morning coffee on the front balcony with ocean views. Every bedroom has a slider with access to a balcony. Beautiful views from the 3rd floor open lay out living and dining space. Fully stocked kitchen , linens towels and beach towels were all provided which was a huge plus.

  The beach is walkable, 2-3 blocks away, but appreciated the parking passes provided. We loved the southern shores location.

  I recommend taking the bikes for a ride to the marina in the development for beautiful sunsets. The marina is approximately 2 miles away. There is a framed runners map in the first floor gym area providing both 5 & 10k options.

  The elevator was great for bringing in luggage and groceries. The home is truly a showcase.

  By the way, the marina in Southern Shores is a great tip! We usually bike right past that and have often thought about stopping. Now, WE have something new to look forward to. Thank you!

• Dream vacation home

  Beautiful home in a serene, peaceful setting just minutes from the beach. Complete with all modern amenities and everything needed for a relaxing stress free vacation. The outdoor shower is convenient and the spa was great for unwinding after hours with a glass of our favorite beverage. I highly recommend this home for your getaway in the Outerbanks.
