Read the fine print!
4/5 This home is lovely and the location is not too far off the main drag. Everything was clean and in working order with loads of extras onsite. Please read the fine print though (my bad, I did not!) as there are NO SHEETS NOR TOWELS PROVIDED! Yes, this was a problem for my group and I would not have rented had I just had the common sense to read the fine print!! Also, the listing provided a drip coffee maker and I had packed coffee just in case none was provided but there was only a K-cup machine with no pods provided. Another problem we encountered was at check in: keyless entry was to be my last 4 phone digits but that didn't work. A quick call to the owner got us a check in code that he had forgotten to send. I am so thankful he was available to give that to us. Once we got all those items settled we had a great time in a wonderful home. Would I rent again? No, because who travels with sheets and towels??

5/5 We were there for our friends' daughter's wedding reception at the Colington Clubhouse! The process was so easy renting this place (which was beautiful) and communication with the property manager was AMAZING!! Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful family spot
5/5 This house had everything! Lots for kids to do, games, kayaking, a dock for jumping, pool/beach area was a very short drive! The house was stocked with lots of toiletries, cleaning products, kitchen necessities, indoor and outdoor games. The house was very spacious with lots of sleeping room. It was a peaceful and fun place to call home for a few days! Thank you!
