Thanksgiving
3/5 We left a day early- too frustrated! The TV was a disaster and the voices didn't match the speaker. It kept freezing up. Get a new one! Very sparsely supplied for 3 bedrooms. Ex. 2 half rolls TP. There are nails in the driveway. Don't get me started on showers. If you were washing clothes, you could not take a shower. House was freezing in main room. Stayed on 70 or below. Your mgmt company should be ashamed. Martha and David B

- We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact. We would have promptly responded and been happy to address the concerns raised in your review.
- We have since confirmed the heat is working properly, but the thermostat needs to be set to “hold temp” to maintain a consistent temperature in the home. After checking the TV we found it to be functioning correctly, it's possible there was a streaming issue and a quick reset could have resolved the issue.
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide guests with a starter pack of paper essentials, which includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen.
- We will inspect the driveway to ensure there is no debris that could be potentially hazardous.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.House
