Non-holiday Family Gathering
4/5 Although the house has a few minor maintenance needs, it was very clean and comfortable. Great location, lots of parking, more than adequate kitchen and living areas. Dave, the property manager, was very responsive to an issue.

4/5 great location for a quiet vacation. Our favorite place to eat for dinner was the Dock House. family had a relaxing time and will plan to visit again soon we hope!

Enough Space
5/5 Family vacation for 11 people aged 15 to 70. Loved that the main level of the house was open. Since we had rainy weather and flooding during our stay, it was great to not be on top of each other. There were house issues due to the storm, but you could tell it was not the norm, so I am not letting "acts of nature" affect my review. Oceanfront location was ideal. It was all of our first time at Holden Beach, and we are already wanting to return. We were able to find plenty of shark teeth, shells, and sea biscuits! Flooding water made the ocean skeptical for swimming, but it was still great to be at the beach!
