- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is next to the lower level front door. The code is 3951
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Remove all pet waste and pet food/treats
- Turn off all lights, electronics, gas fireplace, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No eating on upholstered furniture, please enjoy meals in the dining area
- Do not leave trash outdoors to avoid attracting bears and wildlife
- Clean grill after use, in order not to attract bears
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Friday
- To avoid additional fees, make sure trash is bagged and the bear-proof trash can is latched
- Do not overfill the trash bin
- If you are checking out on a day that does not have trash pickup, please take bagged trash to Buck Creek Convenience Center located at 10333 Buck Creek Road
- Their hours are Monday - Saturday 7 AM - 7 PM & Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM
