  We loved our stay at this wonderful mountain retreat just outside of Hendersonville. The property is beautifully landscaped and we loved hanging out at the fire pit and listening to the water running through the creek. We also enjoyed our time reading in the rocking chairs and walking around the property. We were lucky to see some deer at dusk one evening.

  The inside of the house was immaculate and the hosts thought of everything you need for your get away. The hosts were very considerate making sure we enjoyed our stay and checking in to see if we needed anything. We felt so at home here.

  Spend some time on the screened in back porch at night listening to nature and watching the fireflies.

  The property is the ultimate getaway and stress reliever. We loved all the special touches and will be back!

Fall is such an undescribable time of year here! Apple Orchards are open and there's plenty of picking countless varieties of apples, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries! The long awaited Ecusta trail is open. We had a great time renting e-bikes and riding the trail!
  The leaves will be turning soon and the incredible displays of God's colorful canvas will be the subject of many paintings and photos!

• The whole place is so special

  There are so many sweet touches ans beautiful spots to hang out on this property. We loved all the places to eat and sit outside. The inside is spacious and light and had everything we needed and more.

• Country home

  I rented this for my son and daughter-in-law. I had the grandkids from out of town to stay with us and this was a larger and more beautiful rental than I was looking for. The kids had a great time and it was so peaceful and lovely on the porch and in the screened in patio. They could hear the stream running below and everything was working and good order. The owners were very accommodating and available to us. We will definitely rent this home again. It is nicely located, private , very clean ,bright and cheerful with everything you can imagine.

• Perfect Mountain Getaway!

  Look no further, as this beautiful home is the perfect mountain getaway. My mom and sister and I had an amazing weekend in Hendersonville, and it was in large part due to Debra’s hospitality. We loved relaxing on the comfortable porch and enjoying the view of the gardens. Perry Creek runs alongside the back of the property, and we enjoyed sitting next to the water at the fire pit under the twinkle lights.

  Inside the house, we were impressed by the decor. Every item was chosen with care. The bedrooms are lovely and the mattresses top quality. Y’all, we seriously did not want to leave. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and bidet.

  Hendersonville is wonderful, with a very cute and bustling downtown. Also a few minutes away is Flat Rock, where we shopped at The Wrinkled Egg and ate fabulous BBQ at Hubba Hubba Smokehouse. We saw a fantastic musical at the Flat Rock Playhouse. There are also many beautiful hiking trails nearby.

  We are 100% going back to Sugarberry Lane. We have plans for a return in the fall.

• Tranquil Nature Retreat with Stream, Fire Pit, and Hot Tub – A Perfect Escape!

  We recently stayed at this incredible vacation rental! Nestled in a peaceful, tree-filled setting, the location provided the perfect escape. The nearby stream created a soothing, tranquil atmosphere that made every moment so relaxing. The outdoor decks and grounds are filled with plants and flowers, a fire pit, and a hot tub. We enjoyed cozy evenings unwinding after exploring nearby trails and scenery during the day.

  The house itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details that made it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was very comfortable, and the owners are fabulous hosts, which added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a serene retreat surrounded by nature with all the comforts of a perfect getaway, this is the place!
